What the difference between KSEB two phase and three phase connection?

New house is under construction and my dad opted for a three phase instead of single phase connection which most houses are connected to.

Now, I do know the scientific difference between both and that one is often used commerically (three phase) while the other for household (single phase).

My question is that if three phase has any advantage in our current situation? Would it stop voltage fluctuations that we see nowadays since it has three live incoming and in different phases making it less "noisy" and stable?

Since its coming from different lines would it also help when there are power cuts? How is it implemented here and what differences would i see?

Edit: I meant single phase and accidentally typed two phase instead (brain went..what's one less than three..two..makes sense..ffs, probably early signs of Alzheimer's)

Why don't NRI kids from Gulf countries get enrolled in a college in Gulf itself?

This may just be me, but I have observed that almost all NRI kids from Gulf countries like UAE, Oman, Qatar get enrolled in an Indian college/university after they are done with their High School. What is the reason behind this? Can't they get into a college in one of the Gulf countries itself?

How common is a 75k+ salary job in Kerala for people under 30?

Seeing all the salary posts and living expense posts, I was wondering if a 75k+ salary is available in Kerala for someone with less than 5 year work experience. Be it IT or Govt, how common is it?
