Our people are generally impatient while waiting for something.

Like the title says, our people are generally impatient while waiting in queue for something, be it in hospitals , Govt related offices, banks, buying things from shops or even in theatres. I don't know why, but we always have a tendency to barge in on something while being inconsiderate about others. Even if the things are followed systematically, like giving out tokens or calling out names , I still see people just trying to poke their heads in rather than waiting for their turns.

Today I was waiting for a doctor in a hospital for nearly an hour and I saw this lady who had her token number clearly two people after me. So all the other patients, including me were waiting patiently to call out our token number, but she just forced herself in even without thinking about others. I enquired about it at nurse who was calling out token numbers but she just said that particular woman even didn't give her a chance to question about it or check her number rather she sat in front of the doctor who just started with his work.
This is the main reason why I made this post. Why are we so impatient in everything, I know we all have priorities, but so does the others. This also creates a wrong mentality among us to follow this same path rather than being a thoughtful citizen.

Kerala Express 12626 crazy late from NDLS

Does anyone know why Kerala Express is crazy delayed today? The train schedule to leave from 8.10PM was first rescheduled for 12.30AM and still there is no ETA on when the train will start. There are sick and old people waiting for the train since 8.10PM. Is there a way to escalate this to the authorities?
