Best and affordable Adult Diapers in Kerala?

Hi guys! My grandfather has dementia and he has slowly forgotten how to go to the washroom to do his business so we've been helping him put on adult diapers because he pees himself a lot (especially at night). We change the diapers nearly thrice a day, and currently my grandma buys them from Jan Aushadi, for around 300 rupees for a pack of 10 (which gets over in 3-4 days)

However, the quality isn't that good and there's quite some leakage, and it's costing her a lot, so I want to get her some better quality ones and buy her a lot of diapers so that she won't have to worry about restocking them for atleast a month. I would really appreciate some suggestions from those of you with aged grandparents/parents who use adult diapers to help me get her good and affordable medium sized diapers.

I have seen an offer on Amazon for KareIn adult diapers which are nearly 2.8k rupees for 120 diapers, and the deal is good, but the reviews are mixed so I am unsure on how to proceed.
