Telegram supports two layers of secure encryption. Cloud Chats use server-client encryption while Secret Chats use an additional layer of client-client encryption. Chat Folders To preview a chat, simply press and hold its profile picture in your chat list. On Android, simply slide out the left menu and choose New Secret Chat to start a new one.
