“In Belarus, now the same people give orders to beat and detain people in their own courtyards and plan meetings that are called all-Belarusian and national. It is obvious that anyone who allows himself to beat a Belarusian has no right to represent his interests. We will not turn a page after being threatened with weapons in our home areas. In Brest, judge Yevgeny Bregan sentenced 28-year-old Maksim Smirnov to two years of “chemistry” for reposting someone else's record about the commander of the Brest riot police, Maksim Mikhovich. The message, which the Brest resident forwarded to the Telegram chat, contained the personal data of the security officer, as well as charges of abuse of office and murder. Smirnov was found guilty of biting under a criminal article. In court, the guy apologized and said that “I just pressed the button [to forward the post].”
Aleksandr Lukashenko spoke about bitcoin mining

“They said, you know, we want to build farms and develop bitcoin mining, but we need to have cheap electricity. But at 6 thousand (dollars) - the price for bitcoin - it was bad. But now 33 thousand, it is true, over the past day there fell by 10%, but still more than 30 thousand. So, with any electricity, you can build these farms, as they call them, and rivet this currency. So this is a question that has already been resolved and electricity should be.”
Valeriy Tsepkalo announced the holding of the Belarusian Democratic Forum. According to his press secretary, he is called upon to unite “all sound forces in constitutional reforms as a reasonable alternative to the popular majority” in response to the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.
84-year-old Ian Grib was fined 1160 Belarusian rubles (~360 €) for participation in the retirees' march (also called March of Wisdom).
The Investigative Committee extended Maria Kalesnikava's term of detention. She is kept in jail until at least March 8.

The People's Anti-Crisis Administration under the leadership of Pavel Latushka, a member of the Presidium of the Coordination Council, plans to publish a plan “to delegitimize the All-Belarusian People's Assembly.”

“In the near future, the Administration and Honest People initiative will publish a plan to delegitimize the All-Belarusian Assembly and disrupt anti-constitutional decisions that are planned to be taken there, after which the Administration will begin work on adding delegates to the sanctions lists.”
