The Frunzensky district court convicted Nikita Domrachev, a brother of the famous biathlete Darya Domracheva, to a fine of 20 penalty units (ca. 190 US dollars) for “Breaking the rules of organization or execution of public events.”

Domrachev wasn't present at the trial: he is under self-isolation due to health issues. His lawyer asked to reschedule the trial, but the judge refused.
