LBSNAA has taken some steps. Now we will not get to see the photos, shorts and reels of LBSNAA training anymore.

Do you agree with it? Give thumbs up of you do, and thumbs down if you don't.
Hall means Mandap. This can be any hall, and not only in temple.

In temple architecture section, we study mandap, ardha-mandap, nat-mandap, shiksha-mandap etc. Now, in Rashtrapati Bhawan also, they have renamed hall as mandap.

Can we use the word mandap in such generic way in daily life? Our domestic architecture, houses, also have halls. What if we start calling them mandap?

1) When my father comes home in the evening, he sits in mandap.
2) We are all gathering in mandap to watch the TV series late night.
3) The guests are sitting in mandap and having tea.
Important message from LevelUp IAS !

Due to the tragic incident that occurred late last night, a profound sense of sorrow has enveloped the entire Old Rajnedra Nagar community. The gravity of this event has deeply affected us all, and we mourn alongside those impacted by this unfortunate occurrence. Our thoughts and sympathies are with everyone who is grieving during this difficult time.

As a mark of respect, the institute will remain closed (both online and offline) for one day on 28th July. Classes will resume on 29th July. The revised schedule for today's lectures and tests will be announced shortly.

We advise all students to remain at home and stay safe.

Central Government constituted a Committee. 30 days waiting period. Will it bring some real changes or it will merely diffuse the protest? A lot depends on the Terms of Reference. Are they public yet?

Dear Students,

This is a very challenging phase of your preparation. There are a lot of views, debates and heated discussions. Media coverage is also very overwhelming. On top of that, personal experiences might trigger additional stress.

For those currently in ORN:

1. If you are participating in the protest, be safe and try to dedicate at least a few hours to study, if not all. Show solidarity but don't lose the entire momentum.

2. During the daytime, try to remain hydrated if you are on the streets for long hours.

3. Also, stressful time often leads to unhealthy eating. Try to maintain a good diet.

4. If you are not participating in the protest, don't lock yourself up in the room. Get some physical activity (walk in a park or indoor exercise). Practice deep breathing to manage stress.

5. Stay connected with family/friends and keep them updated.

Take care 🪴
