The Moonbeam network is experiencing block production issues following the runtime upgrade 2201, starting at around 10:45AM ET.

The issue is being investigated. Further updates will be posted as more information becomes available. The Moonriver network is not affected by this issue.

The root cause of the recent Moonbeam blockchain production issue has been identified and the team has deployed a solution in the form of a client upgrade. Moonbeam is now producing blocks.

Block production will continue to ramp up as all nodes update to the latest version, 0.30.3.

For users of Bobabeam or Bobabeam applications you will need to transfer all your assets to Moonbeam mainnet before May 15th or risk permanently losing access to any assets on Bobabeam.

Bobabeam was Boba Network’s Layer 2 scaling solution on Moonbeam & the first of its kind in the ecosystem. We’re proud to have supported the first L2 on Dotsama & will continue to test the boundaries of what’s possible in Web3! Thank you to the Boba Foundation for your hard work in this effort. Moving forward, we remain committed to establishing Moonbeam as the premier destination for cross-chain connected applications.

- Minimum required self-bonded amount for new community collators will increase to 10,000 $MOVR
