You are allowed to change.
You are allowed to change the hair on your head and the things on your wall and your mind and your body and your world.
You are allowed to change quickly and boldly and recklessly and slowly and strangely and endlessly.
You are allowed to stop and stand still if you need a breath or run if there is a bus or a moment to catch.
I promise you, you will stumble into people whose words drip with excitement or sting with envy when they say "Wow, You've changed!" but instead of reaching for a packet of sugar to sweeten or please or explain, instead just thank them for noticing because YOU ARE ALLOWED TO CHANGE!
