_Ant cruciate lig prevent ant translation of tibia on femur
تمنع هروب الرجل تهرب الامام

_Post cruciate lig  = prevent post translation
تمنع هروب الرجل تهرب الخلف

Quadriceps femoris :

_Vastus = lateralis , medialis , intermedius

_rectus femoris

All supply by femoral N and extension knee

Hamstring ms :

_Semi = tindenosis, membranouses

Supply by tibial division of sciatic N

_biceps femoris =

Long head = tibial division
Short head = common perineal
