Telegram is a free instant-app service founded by people behind VK, which is Russia’s biggest social networking site, primarily focused on speed and user privacy. Initially released in August 2013, the app has managed to get over 400 million monthly active users. Sharing your location lets others keep an eye on your progress to a destination or help look out for your safety. In Telegram, open a chat, tap the paper clip button, and choose Location to share it. All your normal chat media will be saved in your cloud storage. But, secret chats are not a part of the Telegram cloud.

Visible Votes: Creator can allow everyone in the group to see who voted for what. When you turn on that feature, the app automatically switches to dark mode.
