While all Telegram chats are client-server encrypted, default chats are still stored on Telegram's servers. This update brings improved chat previews on par with iOS. Now you can scroll through them to view the whole chat without marking it as read. Your unfinished messages (drafts) are automatically saved and synced across all devices. On desktop applications, chat folders are displays in the sidebar. In the mobile app, these folders are arranged in tabs that can be easily swiped between.

After that, hit the More button (triple-dot icon) and choose Enable Auto-Delete in the popup menu. Next, choose the desired period of time like 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month.
