James McAtee: “I don't think we deserved to be 0-2 down either; I missed a few chances early on, and then the game got away from us a little bit. But we were playing well anyway and we knew the goals we're going to come, and luckily they did.”
On Crystal Palace: “They're probably one of the best in the league at [set-pieces]. We were unlucky, but showed good character to come back.”

Kevin De Bruyne: “10 years is not going to be changed by 20 minutes [vs. Crystal Palace and trailing 0-2]; I'm going to enjoy every moment that I have here and I'm happy that we found a way to perform well today.”
“We need to win these games... Perform the way we did today; be aggressive, press forward. Of course we've struggled this year, but we need to find a way to win and the most important is this club - next year - plays UCL and hopefully we can bring that to them.”
“In the years I've been at Man City, there's been so many young players coming through and also to play for this team as a young player - the level you need to have is high - at 18, 19, 20 means they're really, really good. This will help them enormously.”

Kevin De Bruyne: “There's no difference between me and Rico [Lewis]; he does his job like I do mine, and they [the young Man City players] feel comfortable with us so that's the most important thing.”
Kevin De Bruyne: “I don't know how I'm going to feel [when I leave Man City]; I've been here so long, my family has been here for 10 years, my kids were born in Manchester, lived their whole life here.
It's going to be something different for them. I think they're a bit scared, excited, but it's a bit of an unknown because we don't know what's going to happen for the moment.
But I want to enjoy, play good football like I did today, and for the rest, I'll be fine. If I can play football and my family is happy, I'm good.”

Kevin De Bruyne confirms his firm intention to play on in his career beyond his time at Man City.
De Bruyne: “It's been a hard year, having a hernia wasn't fun, but now I've been pain-free for the last six weeks and that's a massive difference; playing with pain or not... But now I feel free, I'm able to do a lot of training, and I feel I can do a good job.
I don't know what's going to happen but I want to play on, so we'll see where I can end up.”
