@Erling_Haaland's injury is expected to see him miss most of the rest of the season, per multiple reports.

Man City still have:

▫️ The Manchester derby on Sunday
▫️ A fight for a UCL place
▫️ The FA Cup semifinals in late April

Damn.
BREAKING: Man City have released the following statement on @Erling_Haaland’s injury sustained vs. Bournemouth.

“Manchester City FC can confirm that Erling Haaland has suffered an injury to his left ankle.

The Norwegian striker sustained the injury during Sunday’s FA Cup quarter-final victory away at AFC Bournemouth. Erling underwent initial tests in Manchester on Monday morning and will now seek specialist consultation to confirm the full extent of the injury.

Assessment remains ongoing to ascertain a full prognosis. The expectation is that Erling will be fit in time to play a further part in the remainder of this season, including this summer’s FIFA Club World Cup.”
Bernardo Silva on Man City’s squad being ‘too old’: “Tell me, which player? Give me names. That's people that don't understand the game.

I'm 30, [Mateo] Kovacic is 30. You're not talking about guys that are 36. We have six or four bad months and out of nowhere we're old, not good enough. In the last eight seasons we've won six Premier Leagues and for four bad months we're old? I'm asking you. You asked me the question so I answered.

That’s people that don't understand the game, never played the game and probably don't understand a thing about football.”
Heading back home 🏡
PEP 💬 (On @Erling_Haaland's fitness) The doctors told me between five and seven weeks [out].

So hopefully for the end of season and FIFA Club World Cup he will be ready.
The Premier League 25/26 fixture list will be revealed on Wednesday 18 June. 🗓️
Alex McGarrie, a 14-year-old Man City fan with autism, has received a message of support from Ruben Dias, Kevin De Bruyne, Mateo Kovacic and Nico Gonzalez after being bullied out of school in Stockport in Year 7.

Man City have also invited Alex and his father to Leicester City [H] on Wednesday evening and will send a package of treats to the teenager after the match as a thank you for his support. 💙🤍
