🔹پابلو نرودا شاعر و دیپلمات اهل شیلی بوده است. پابلو نرودا نامی است که وی از نام شاعری اهل چک اخذ کرده است. نامی که والدین پابلو نرودا برای او گذاشته بوده اند، ریکاردو الیسر نفتالی ریس باسوآلت است. نرودا مانند بسیاری از نویسنده‌ها و شاعران از بچگی به نوشتن و واژه‌ها علاقه‌ی ویژه‌ای داشت.

🫟 When the rooks were laid in piles
by the sides of the road
crashing into the aerials
tangled in the laundry line
and gathered in a field
they were burned in a feathering pyre
with a cold black eye
وقتی کلاغ‌ها توده‌توده کنار جاده افتاده بودن
در آنتن‌ها کوبیده شده،
لای بند رخت گیر کرده
و بعد، وسط مزرعه‌ای جمع شدن
تا در آتشی از پر و سکوت،
با چشمی سیاه و بی‌احساس، سوزونده بشن…

⚕️When the swallows fell from the eaves
and the gulls from the spires
and starlings in the millions
will feed on the ground where they lie
وقتی پرستوها از لبه‌ی سقف افتادن
و مرغ‌های دریایی از فراز برج‌ها
و سارهایی که میلیونی سقوط کردن
تا از خاکی تغذیه کنن
که حالا جسم خودشونه…

nowhere to flee for your life
so we stayed inside

آمبولانس ها گفتن
جایی برای فرار و نجات باقی نمونده
پس موندیم توی خونه
و می‌خوابیم تا وقتی که
دنیا‌ی انسان از حرکت بایسته…

وارث شاهین بیدار می‌شه

The hyphens crumble
The sentences sit side by side
And then no more waiting

-شما چند بار آن‌طرفِ نیم‌کت نشسته‌یی؟
-هر بار که خواسته‌یی!

الاکلنگ یکی را بالا می‌بَرَد دیگری را پایین
خطِ فاصله همین است
بینِ دو جمله می‌نشیند
این‌طرف را توضیح می‌دهد
و آن‌طرف را...

-همیشه به دوردست خیره می‌شوی!
-مگر نه ابرها تکه‌های یک پازل است؟

نیم‌کت‌ها را اگر بردارید
خطِ فاصله‌ها می‌ریزد
جمله‌ها کنارِ هم می‌نشیند
دیگر نه تو منتظر می‌مانی نه او.
