Reverse Culture Shock😶‍🌫🤷‍♀

Oookay I am back. Hmm let's say yes😢 Last two or three weeks were chellenging for me. When we were having UGRAD virtual meetings trainer said we will have hard days after coming back to our home countries. At that time I did not understand what he meant by reverse culture shock.

When you go to different country you will have culture shock as it's new culture and people. But what is reverse culture shock? Maybe you can not believe it when you come back everything is totally different and you felt that you are not from this society anymore. As one of my friend said everybody seems that they are trying to annoy you 😅

I keep questioning myself "why". Why it's like this? Why people are rude or why they don't care? These things were in my life and nothing changed but I can not accept them anymore. It hurts 🤕

As a result of strong wind one huge tree fell on three cars next to UzSWLU😩🤯 eh I am thinking about owners of these cars😅

Anyways this is not what I want to tell you today. There is a runners club TASHKENT RUNNERS. If you need group of people to train together and be more serious about healthy lifestyle ( like me* *) join them🏃‍♀🏃
