As we continue to celebrate the beauty of the Ethiopian New Year and its new beginnings, we’ve planned a final, special session to honor this month. This event will be a unique milestone for us—our last session of the month since we began our journey in 2018! And will also be the last session in the center with Yoftahe in the Center for some months

Join us this Wednesday as we welcome this fresh start together with open hearts. This will be a final opportunity to connect, find clarity, and set your intentions for the year ahead.

🌟 Weekly Self-Engineering Practice: Focus on Action

This week, start a new practice: complete focus on a single action—walking.

The goal is to reconnect with the present moment by observing your foot as you walk.

The 3 Steps to Practice:

1. Lifting: Slowly lift your foot. Notice the sequence: toes, ball, then heel leaving the ground.

2. Shifting: Feel the full weight and pressure shift onto your stationary foot.

3. Landing: As your foot comes down, notice your heel touching first, followed by the rest of your foot gently resting on the floor.

Try this for just 30-60 seconds as you walk. (Barefoot works best!)

Why this helps your well-being:

* Improves Focus
* Strengthens Mind-Body Connection
