Telegram has a personal ‘Saved Messages’ space for each user. This is accessible from the left hamburger menu on the main screen. The Saved Messages space can then be accessed across you’re your phone, laptop and any other device where your account is logged in. A further privacy blunder is that Telegram notifies your contacts when you join it — unless you don’t give it permission to access your contacts. However, with the recent update, now you can self-destruct media like photos and videos on normal chats too. Just select a photo or video and then tap on the “timer” button.
