Ghazal Soltani is an Iranian taekwondo player from Semnan.
She started gymnastics at the age of 4 & practiced for 2 years. At the age of 6, with the encouragement of her taekwondo father & under the supervision of Razieh Aghajanpour, she started working in the field of taekwondo & at the age of 9, she won the 3rd place in national competitions of juniors.
With a red belt in the following years, she became a member of the national Taekwondo team for juniors & seniors & she's been awarded with 6 world class medals.
غزل سلطانی تکواندوکار ملی‌پوش اهل سمنان است.
سلطانی در سن ۴ سالگی ژیمناستیک را آغاز و به مدت ۲ سال تمرین کرد. وی در ۶ سالگی با تشویق‌‌های پدر تکواندو‌کارش و زیر نظر راضیه آقاجانپور، فعالیت در تکواندو را شروع و در ۹ سالگی با کمربند قرمز موفق به کسب مقام سوم رده خردسالان در مسابقات کشوری شد. او در سال‌های بعد به ترتیب به عضویت تیم ملی تکواندو نونهالان، نوجوانان، جوانان و بزرگسالان درآمد و موفق به کسب ۶ مدال جهانی در این رشته شد.

🔹Soon after the war began, the 27 member states agreed upon a Temporary Protective Directive that guarantees visa-free housing, healthcare & access to the job market to Ukrainians.
🔹Yet as the war grinds on and European countries face their own crises in the form of cost-of-living inflation, rising energy prices and—in Ireland’s case—acute housing shortages, that welcome is being tested as never before.
🔸In September, 12 of Germany’s 16 states reported that they had reached the limits of the housing & education they could provide.
🔸In Nov, Austria restricted the free train travel it had provided to Ukrainians.
🔸And Poland recently amended its provisions to require any Ukrainian who stays in the country for more than 120 days to pay for part of their accommodation.

Loris Tjeknavorian born in 1937 in Boroujerd is a famous Iranian composer, orchestra leader, writer & painter of Armenian descent. As a composer, Tjeknavorian has so far composed more than 75 works including many operas & symphonies & conducted many of the world's most important orchestras including England & the Philharmonic Orchestra of Armenia.
In 2018, Loris was proposed as Iran's peace ambassador to the UN.
You may listen to one of his masterpieces named "Our Iran" symphony.
لوریس هایکازی چکناواریان زادهٔ ۱۳۱۶ در بروجرد، آهنگساز، رهبر ارکستر، نویسنده و نقاش ایرانی ارمنی‌تبار است.
چکناواریان به عنوان آهنگساز تاکنون بیش از ۷۵ اثر شامل اپراها و سمفونیهای متعدد و رهبری بسیاری از ارکسترهای مهم جهان در انگلیس و ارکستر فیلارمونیک ارمنستان را برعهده داشت.
در سال ۱۳۹۸ وی به‌عنوان سفیر صلح ایران در سازمان ملل متحد پیشنهاد شد.

Iran's ancient clay ice pits:
Yakhchāl or ice pit is an ancient type of ice house for producing & storing ice. Usually, each ice pit consisted of a pool, a high wall (called a fence), & a domed tank. The fence was built in such a way that its shadow fell on the pool all day & prevented the pool water from heating up. The ice that was made in the pool in the winter was stored in the tank & used in the summer.
یخچال‌های گلی قدیمی ایران:
یخدان یا یخچال، گونه‌ای ساختمان است که در معماری قدیم ایران برای تولید و نگه‌داری یخ ساخته می‌شد. معمولاً هر یخچال دارای یک استخر و یک دیوار بلند (بنام حصار) و یک مخزن گنبددار بود. حصار طوری ساخته می‌شد که تمام روز سایه آن بر استخر می‌افتاد و از گرم شدن آب استخر جلوگیری می‌کرد. یخی را که در زمستان در استخر یخچال درست می‌شد می‌شکستند و در خزانه انبار می‌کردند و در فصل گرما آن را به کار می‌بردند.

Specialized centers for liver transplantation in Iran:
Namazi Hospital in Shiraz (one of the largest liver transplant centers in the world), Imam Khomeini hospital in Tehran & Muntasarieh hospital in Mashhad.
The success rate of Iranian physicians have been on par with the specialists & surgeons of advanced countries (3-year success rate of 80% & 5-year success rate of 75%).
Liver transplantation is free in Iran which is unique in the world.
چند مرکز تخصصی پیوند کبد در ایران از جمله بیمارستان‌های نمازی شیراز (یکی از بزرگترین مراکز پیوند کبد دنیا)، امام خمینی(ره) تهران و منتصریه مشهد وجود دارد. درصد موفقیت‌های پزشکان ایرانی هم‌تراز با متخصصان و جراحان کشورهای پیشرفته بوده است (درصد موفقیت ۳ ساله ۸۰ درصد و ۵ ساله ۷۵ درصد).

UK opposing the independence of Scotland while supporting the separation of Iran!
🔺While the BBC Persian is normalizing separatism in Iran, the Supreme Court of UK recently announced that the parliament of Scotland does not have the right & authority to hold elections for the independence of this land from British colonialism.
