The Bot API is a free and open platform, available to everyone. If you're looking to build your own bot, check out this page. The reason for this is Telegram’s enhanced use of the cloud. These aren't stored on Telegram's servers, so you can only access them with your specific phone. If one party deletes a message, it disappears on both devices. And you can specify a self-destruct period for all media if you like. And under Advanced, you can change how much time must pass with no activity before Telegram will automatically delete your account.

Customize Theme and Message Corners You can surely delete messages that you have sent, but did you know that Telegram has brought a new feature that lets you delete messages sent by other users too. That’s kind of weird, but this feature is for users who prioritize privacy over everything. To use this feature, just select the received message and tap on the “delete” button.
