🛑Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia♦️
Is a rare blood cancer (grow slowly) characterized by excess of abonrmal white
blood cells called lymphoplsmacytic cell in bone marrow,that make large amount of abnormal protine (paraprotein) called Macroglobulin.
⭕Bone marrow↘️make WBC↘️ abnormal B Lymphocytes↘️ abnormal plasma cells↘️make a large amount of antibodies↘️Macro paraprotein (IgM)↘️this called Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia.
⭕نوع من أنواع سرطان الدم الذي يتطور ببطئ ينتج فيه نخاع العظم خلايا B lymphocytes بشكل كبير وغير طبيعيه وبالتالي تنتج خلايا abnormal plasma cell التي تصنع كميه كبيره من الاجسام المضاده الغير طبيعيه بالذات النوع IgM.

🧿 معلومات مهمله جداً لازم أن نعرفها عن فوار فروت الذي يستخدم كمهظم للأكل والغثيان وسوء الهضم.
⬅️ ممنوع إعطاء دواء ال(فوار فروت) للأشخاص الذين عندهم:
❌ ارتفاع ضغط الدم(Hypertension).
❌ زيادة في قاعدية الدم(Alkalosis).
❌ زياده في صويوم الدم(Hypernatremia).
❌ احتقانات الجسم بالسوائل(Body edema).
❌ نقص في كالسيوم الدم(Hypocalcemia).
❌ ممنوع ان يعطى للأشخاص الذين عندهم نقص بوتاسيوم الدم(Hypokalemia).

هذا الفيتامين مهم لأنه يعمل كمساعد إنزيم لإنزيمات الكربوكسيليز الأربعة المعتمدة على البيوتين وهي:

1. بيروفات كربوكسيليز Pyruvate carboxylase الذي يعمل على التفاعل الأول في تكوين الجلوكوز من الجزيئات العضوية الأخرى gluconeogenesis ويجدد حمض الأوكسالوأسيتيك لدورة حمض الستريك.
