On August 26, the administration of Continuing Education Center at Inha University in Tashkent met with the official partner representatives of the British Council.
We discussed preparations for the transition to the IELTS computer format. All conditions have been created for Inha University undergraduates: modern classrooms equipped with computers and equipment available. Every 12th lesson is conducted in the format of a training computer exam, which helps students feel confident before taking the exam in computer format.

IELTS kompyuter formatiga o‘tishga tayyorgarlik ko‘rish masalasini muhokama qildindi. Inha universiteti tinglovchilari uchun barcha sharoitlar yaratilgan: kompyuter va jihozlar bilan ta’minlangan zamonaviy auditoriyalar. Har 12-mashg‘ulot o‘quv kompyuter imtihoni shaklida o‘tkaziladi, bu talabalarga kompyuter formatida imtihon topshirishdan oldin o‘zlariga ishonch hosil qilishlariga yordam beradi.

INHA University in Tashkent has been collaborating over the last years with Sturgeon Foundation (UK) in providing scholarship for talented students. The Sturgeon Scholarship Program offers a full coverage of annual tuition fees.
This is a full two-year tuition scholarship for the third and fourth years at IUT. Applicants should be starting their third year in September 2025. Successful candidates will automatically be offered the scholarship for the third and final year, subject to maintaining academic excellence and eligibility.
The application process consists of:
- filling out and submitting the Sturgeon Scholarship application;
- submission of academic transcripts (for all previous semesters);
- sending a CV or Resume;
- an online interview for those whose initial applications are successful.
Interested candidates are required to submit a short essay explaining:
- What course or courses do you enjoy the most and why? (50 words);
- Give an example of a non-academic activity or contribution where you are making or have made a difference. This can be large or small. This could be something at university or related to your family or the wider community (100 words);
- What are your ambitions for your future career? (500 words).

Inha University in Tashkent held the first day of "Orientation Day" for Freshmen students ▫️
On September 4, 2025, the first day for first-year students was held at Inha. Rector of Inha University in Tashkent — Bobur Abdullaev, vice-rectors, professors and representatives of student associations addressed the students with welcoming speeches. The students got acquainted with the student associations Student Union and Youth Union. The day ended with a campus tour and a delicious lunch.

On September 4, 2025, the first day for first-year students was held at Inha. Rector of Inha University in Tashkent — Bobur Abdullaev, vice-rectors, professors and representatives of student associations addressed the students with welcoming speeches. The students got acquainted with the student associations Student Union and Youth Union. The day ended with a campus tour and a delicious lunch.

2025-yil 4-sentyabr kuni Toshkent shahridagi Inha universitetida birinchi kurs talabalari uchun birinchi kun o‘tkazildi. Toshkent shahridagi Inha universiteti rektori — Bobur Abdullayev, prorektorlar, professorlar va talabalar uyushmalari vakillari talabalarga tabriklash nutqlari bilan murojaat qilishdi. Talabalar uyushmasi ittifoqi va Yoshlar ittifoqi kabi talabalar uyushmalari bilan talabalar tanishdilar. Kun kampus bo‘ylab sayr va mazali tushlik bilan yakunlandi.

4 сентября 2025 года в Инха прошёл первый день для первокурсников. С приветственными выступлениями к студентам обратились ректор Бобур Абдуллаев, проректоры, профессора и представители студенческих ассоциаций. Студенты познакомились со студенческими ассоциациями Student Union и Youth Union. День завершился кампус-туром и вкусным обедом.
