Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
A professional certification in Insurance, Logistics, or Asset Management is a strong advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all company insurance policies (Property, Vehicle, Workmen’s Compensation, Agricultural, etc.).
- Ensure timely policy renewals, premium payments, and efficient processing of insurance claims.
- Oversee the company’s stock management software/ERP system, ensuring data integrity.
- Analyze annual material consumption plans from business units to inform purchase planning.
- Identify potential risks related to company assets and propose mitigation strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
- Familiarity with stock management or ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of insurance principles and asset protection strategies.
