BSc Degree in Food Science and Post Harvesting Technology, Food Science Technology, Food Technology and Processing Engineering, Chemical Engineering (Food technology Stream) or in a related field of study
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses under the supervision of senior technicians or laboratory supervisor
- Prepare, label, and organize samples and reagents for testing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Operate, clean, calibrate, and perform simple maintenance on laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning
