🔸 the start of work on restoring electricity supply from September 24,
🔸 organization of political consultations around the future of Artsakh and its people.

📌 The Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh are still facing the threat of ethnic cleansing. In recent days, humanitarian supplies have entered Nagorno-Karabakh, but this does not change the situation. And if real conditions are not created for the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh to live in their homes and effective mechanisms of protection against ethnic cleansing, the probability that the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh will see the only way to save their lives and identity through leaving their homeland, increases enormously.

🇦🇲🇦🇿 The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan has issued a statement on the withdrawal of servicemen from Artsakh.

🔸 "According to the agreement reached on September 20, the disarmed and demobilized personnel of the Armenian armed forces will be granted access from Karabakh in the directions of Lachin-Stepanakert and Karvachar-Vardenis. Buses and personal transport will be used for transportation."

❗️About 30-40 people displaced from Artsakh crossed the Hakari bridge in their cars. They are now at the humanitarian station in Kornidzor.

🔸 According to them, the Azerbaijani side did not check the documents and allowed them to pass.

The first group of displaced people from Artsakh arrived in Kornidzor.

❗️Sarnaghbyur community of Askeran region had 76 residents before the attack of Azerbaijan on September 19.
