5 children are in the neonatal and intensive care units, 6 patients are in the intensive care unit, 3 are in critical condition. During this period, 122 Armenians and 4 foreigners in need of emergency medical care were transferred to Armenia through the mediation of the Red Cross. One of the patient died in Artsakh.
Azerbaijan has blocked the only gas pipeline feeding Artsakh from Armenia. Fan power outages are carried out 6 times a day for 1 hour. There is a food coupon system.
