🇪🇺 The High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the EU Commission Josep Borell commented on the RA Civil Mission sent to Armenia.
"We launched the EU Mission in Armenia - EUMA, which is now operational and conducted its first patrol today. EUMA will contribute to human security, build confidence on the ground, and support EU efforts in the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan," he wrote on Twitter.

Since December 12, 2022, Azerbaijan has closed the Lachin Corridor connecting Artsakh to Armenia, as a result of which 120,000 residents of Artsakh, including 30,000 children, are under siege.
It is not possible to deliver 400 tons of food and medicine from RA to Artsakh every day.
7 children are in the neonatal and intensive care units, 14 patients are in the intensive care unit, 6 are in critical condition. During this period, 105 Armenians and 4 foreigners in need of emergency medical care were transferred to Armenia through the mediation of the Red Cross. One of the patients died in Artsakh.
Azerbaijan has blocked the only gas pipeline feeding Artsakh from Armenia. Fan power outages are carried out 6 times a day for 1 hour. There is a food coupon system.
Artsakh is under siege.

🇦🇲🇫🇷 Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan hosted the delegation led by the former Prime Minister of France, Mayor of Le Havre Édouard Philippe.
Pashinyan emphasized the consistent development of Armenian-French relations and underlined Mr. Philippe's efforts in strengthening them. Nikol Pashinyan highly appreciated the former French Prime Minister's visit to the Syunik region of Armenia.
