so after prayer, Moses encountered the supernatural where his rod turned into a snake and even swallowed the snakes of pharaohs sorcerers snakes.
That he divided the red sea.
All these possibilities only happen after he had had encounter with God.

Daniel after praying three times a week encountered the supernatural, where when he was kept in the lions den he was unharmed.

Finally, in the place of prayer we are able to generate power to overcome temptation.

Matthew 26:41 (KJV)

⁴¹Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

This is where Jesus woke Peter up to pray and he continuously kept sleeping, and Jesus told he to pray or else he will be tempted.
And because he didn’t pray he was tempted and fell into the temptation.
where he denied Jesus

But in the other hand when Jesus came from the fasting and prayers. He was also tempted but he had generated power enough to overcome temptation so he over came.

So as Christians we should be aware that trials and temptation my come our way so we have to be able to watch and pray in order that we may not fall in these temptations

Okay from what i understand for the question, Praying too much as in everytime you are praying, you’re pushing it.
But no there’s nothing like that the much time we spend in prayer, the higher our intimacy with God and the more we get to know Him.
