First of all, we have to work with consistency and be under the consciousness of sonship

That we come to understand who we are in Christ and the power great power he has given us

That we only become like sons and day only when we heed to the spirit of the Lord that even as we are praying and meditating on the word we should make deliberate steps to knowing the Holy Spirit at a more intimate level

Secondly, we should do well to be in prayer and engage scripture

When we have our quiet time, we get to know who God us and how he works in his mysterious ways.

These are the two ways that when we take seriously we are able to keep our fire burning in Christ.
