Funny thing is that i always see better than i was wanted, let’s say when i was a child i liked this hammer car, i dreamt when i grew up i’d get it🤣. At adolescence i felt hammer was basic and not all that so i went for a bentley and i changed my dream car. This is what God is bringing to mind regarding this, He is more than my present can see more than i can imagine. He is saying that i should keep on tarrying and walking with Him that as we walk He continues to show me more than i dreamt of, more than I saw. Please don’t let that vision be your limit. God is more.

Exodus 5:22 - 23 NIV
[22] Moses returned to the Lord and said, “Why, Lord, why have you brought trouble on this people? Is this why you sent me? [23] Ever since I went to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has brought trouble on this people, and you have not rescued your people at all.”
Today we learn that even though God had promised to free the Israelites, they didn’t have it easy. Sometimes we pray to God about a particular situation and His word says, ask and you shall receive. But it seems like he is not listening because the situation is getting worse. Well, today we see that the same thing happened to the Israelites but in the end, they were freed. So do not stop praying when it’s getting worse for the Lord hears you and He will surely answer your prayers.

Matthew 18:19 - 20 NIV
[19] “Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. [20] For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.”
From today’s scripture we learn about the power of fellowship of believers. That is why it is important to go to church. It’s not only about locking yourself up in your room and praying and listening to sermons. You must also go to church and fellowship, for that is where Jesus is.

23 And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?
32 And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten's sake.
From today’s scripture we see Abraham interceding for the people in Sodom and Gomorrah. There is the need for intercessors in our generation too. People who pray for our generation against the schemes of the devil and for the will of the Lord. We all must intercede for our generation.

[33] Shouldn’t you have had mercy on your fellow servant just as I had on you?’ [34] In anger his master handed him over to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.
From today’s scripture we learn that even as we want God to forgive us we must also forgive others. How do you expect God to forgive you if you haven’t forgiven others. From today, let’s let go off any grudge we have against others so that God too would be merciful unto us.
