It’s time!!

Let’s pray

Our Lord and Master Jesus, we are grateful for your love and mercies. We pray that as your word comes to us, that they will fall on good ground and bear fruits.
Amen

So today we are discussing on the topic Our faith that never fails

We want to first understand what we are talking about here and why

So faith according to Apostle Paul,

11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

And as Christians that the only thing that keeps us going literally😂

When we received Christ at first, we were so zealous and passionate about Him and the Word of God, that if we didn’t pray for a day we would feel like the world has come to an end for us and that If we did not read our bible, then disaster the next day. But now 5 days this we haven’t read our bibles🤣

That we have been so in it that we didn’t even realize what we were doing that we accumulated so much love for God that If something went bad in our lives we would not even fret for we know who he is and what he has done before.

But now we are just here looking for means to make money, doing things we ourselves will not be proud of.
We must come to this understanding that the way we started is the way we are supposed to end or we will be devoured by the ways of the enemy who wants us for himself and not for God. That the fire we started with we must do our best to end like that, that even as much as it becomes tiring we must do our best to be still there for God.

That even as much as we face some troubles we know who we are working with😂

That’s where faith comes in

That as Christians even though our situations may look tough, let’s say an academic problem. I tell as long as you’re being consistent in the things of God you’ll surely reap what you have sown. As long as you keep on praying and studying, you eventually excel no matter what is going on presently

That faith is the evidence of things not seen that, even though I’m seeing Ds and Es, I trust that God will still change those results to As

“By faith Abraham, when called to go to a place he would later receive as his inheritance, obeyed and went, even though he did not know where he was going. By faith he made his home in the promised land like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise.”
Hebrews 11:8-9 NIV

Looking at the life of Father Abraham, we saw the extent to which his faith was that he still worked with and for God even though he was waiting for a child and lo and behold he gave birth to a child

That but we can’t be lukewarm he said he’ll spit us out. Rev 3:16 we should know that even if it gets to a point and we are being discouraged because of the things around us. People will come to you, you dier you like reading the Bible, you dier you are acting like you’re Jesus and after all this. You’re crying in your room and the devil is telling you that you should not worship God you may end up giving up you may end up backsliding but you must understand that with faith we can face the storms.

²⁰And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
