🌿When I write '5+3=9-1', the eyes continue to perceive difference on both sides of the equation. But, my mind understands the 'invisible 8' on the left-hand side, and the 'invisible 8' on the right-hand side. Although it is invisible, I discern because I am "mathematically sadhana catuştaya sampanna" [qualified properly in mathematics]. Similarly, when I say 'I am Brahman', although visibly they cannot be equated, the 'invisible Oneness' I understand.

🌿To be without anxiety is the highest sadhana. You should know that whatever happens is beneficial and you should not worry. You will not have peace if you continue to hold on to all of this worry. Let go of all worry. Come what may, you must be without anxiety.

🌿Worry is such that it does not go away unless you drop it. Even if you are given great prosperity, still you go on worrying. What can God do about it? What can God do for you if you do not let go of all worry? As you have lost the quality of discrimination, worry is always troubling you.

🌿Only one who releases oneself from the clutches of anxiety is fit to possess this "knowledge of Brahman". It is only he, who can gain this knowledge. To the one who is joyful, bliss comes of its own accord. He enjoys bliss at all times. Grief joins grief, and sorrow joins sorrow. One who completely lets go of worry, is the brave man.

The Upa-vedas or Veda upāṅgas are writings subordinate to the Vedas. They are four in number, one attached to each of the four Vedas:

🌿In Ṛg-veda: Ᾱyurveda, the science of medicine and health.
🌿In Yajur-veda: Dhanurveda, military science.
🌿In Sāma-veda: Gandharvaveda, the art and science of music.
🌿In Atharva-veda: Sthāpatyaveda, the science of mechanics and construction.

There are six Vedāṅgas that are the additional limbs of the Vedas:
🌿Chandas: Prosody, science of poetic meters.
