A message from Abu Ubaydah to Two billion Muslims...

We want to inform two billion Muslims around the world that the Zionist enemy, within a hundred days, destroyed most of the mosques in the Gaza Strip. They desecrated, burned, and bulldozed those that their tanks reached on the ground. They silenced the call to prayer and halted the prayers in a clear religious war, continuing what the Zionist religious gangs started in their war against Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Here is an indicator of doom and destruction for these Nazi killers, as they have no tolerance for a war against Allah. This is confirmed by the texts of the Torah, the Bible, and the Quran. However, it is also a call to every Muslim on the face of the Earth to understand the nature of the conflict, its background, and the nature of this criminal Zionist government, a descendant of the terrorist Haganah gangs.

Even the weakest faith should be sufficient for anyone unable to defend the innocent blood to embrace the religion of Allah. Monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques where the name of God is often mentioned have been demolished. Let the prayers of standing and supplication be raised in this sacred month in every mosque in the world. Let the prayers be lifted to the Lord of the Worlds for the victory of His believing servants and the defeat and destruction of the aggressor criminals. May Allah grant victory to those who support Him, for indeed, Allah is powerful and mighty.

A muslim man and a muslim woman, enough wealth to feed and clothe her, two witnesses.
This is more or less all it takes to not commit zina, so why are you making things difficult? You are potentially condemning yourself to hell for literally no reason.
If it doesn't work out just get divorced, it's not a big deal. It sucks but stop acting like divorce is the end of the world.

Ibn Hazm (RH) said in Ring of the Dove:
"So whoever claims to fall in love at first sight, this is indicative of one's lack of patience, and a sign that they have a strong tendency to quickly get bored of a relationship. Likewise, this applies to all things in life, Whatever grows quickly withers just as fast, and that which is nurtured with time takes the longest to fade away"

The Importance of Hijab Adherence
(and the ongoing need for reminders)

Throughout the academic year, I've received feedback from over 20 male colleagues expressing concerns about the increasing instances of "tabarruj" and the presence of non-hijabi females on campus. Additionally, there has been a noticeable decline in the modesty of clothing worn by recognized hijabis. This underscores the necessity to remind our sisters about the significance of adhering to Allah's command regarding proper covering. Addressing this matter publicly is the least we can do in upholding our faith.

To begin with, it's important to recognize that modesty has long been a fundamental aspect of Islamic culture. The practice of wearing the hijab serves as a catalyst for modesty, influencing both physical and spiritual dimensions. When a woman covers herself in accordance with Allah's command, it becomes a tangible expression of her faith and submission to His guidance. This act strengthens the connection between the individual and the Almighty.

Every woman faithful to Islam should cover herself. A woman who wears a hijab doesnโ€™t show off her beauty. Allah protects a woman who covers herself at all times as Hijab acts as the Almightyโ€™s shield from all the sinful gazes. It allows men and women to communicate correctly, eliminating lustful/dirty thoughts. Removing the veil would equate to stripping away the protection that Allah provides, leaving individuals vulnerable to undesirable influences. Hence, the hijab is more than a piece of clothing; it is a shield that preserves the sanctity of a woman and strengthens her connection with Allah.

Next, it's important to remind our brothers to fear Allah and be mindful of where they look. Men may feel stronger temptations toward women and might be more likely to do things that are not right. That's why the rule about not staring is talked about more for men, even though both men and women are told not to stare for the same reason. This is because men might be bolder and take more steps after looking. In contrast, women usually don't go beyond just looking.

That's why in the Quran, Allah commands females not to speak too softly to men, as it might stir desires in those with heart problems. The advice is to talk in a way that is appropriate and respectful. It's important to understand that this doesn't mean it's okay for men to show off or tempt others, and it's not okay for women to stare freely, causing temptation. The focus is on talking and behaving in a way that keeps things modest and avoids situations that might lead to inappropriate feelings.

It's essential to realize that when men express concerns about these issues, it comes from a deep care for their fellow sisters in faith. A wise Muslim man wouldn't want to see his sisters in faith without proper covering, just as he would be uncomfortable seeing his own biological sisters, mother, or aunts in such a state. This concern stems from a genuine sense of responsibility.

To address this, there is a call to promote public well-being and adhere to Islamic principles. Following the guidance of Islamic Shariah is a must, as it is the only way to earn Allah's acceptance and live harmoniously with fewer sins and more barakah. If we fail to respond to these calls for self-improvement, we risk invoking the anger of Allah upon all of us. It's a reminder to collectively strive for righteousness and live in accordance with the teachings of Islam for the benefit of our community.
