I wish I could turn off the ads, but that'd require an excessive amount of boosts and I am so proud of you for keeping that number to 0 and I wouldn't want it to change.

Is Poland's tap water really protected by clams?

I've written a couple papers on green gentrification, it's a fucking menace, but this is something that did come up - if you green *everywhere,* there is no specific rise in value. Other strategies include not manicuring the green spaces (which I'm obviously a fan of).
