Yes, drinking water can help ensure you don’t overeat but because you are handling hydration, not because of “feeling fuller”. In fact, drinking something w/calories would have more effect on the latter, due to the slower gastric emptying of calorie containing fluids vs water.

واژه Lane برای مسیرهایی که در مسابقات دو میدانی و شنا که هر دونده یا شناگر در طول یکی از آنها می‌دود یا شنا می‌کند استفاده می‌شود:

🔹The Australian in lane four is coming up fast from behind.

واژه track به راه ناهمواری گفته می‌شود که بر اثر رفت و آمد مداوم مردم، حیوانات و وسایل نقلیه به وجود آمده.

📍نکته: در انگلیسی بریتانیایی به جای این واژه از dirt road استفاده می‌شه.
