In order to protect your personal information, Telegram automatically terminates your old sessions after 6 months. However, you can choose to get rid of the old sessions sooner in order to further boost security. Telegram gives you an option where you can select who can see your last seen time. To configure this, go to “Settings”, “Privacy and Security” and then tap on “Last Seen & Online”. You can share it with everybody, or people in your contact list, or nobody, or add exceptions like “never share with” XYZ. All Telegram users can download these extra-large documents, regardless of whether they are subscribed to Telegram Premium.
Send Silent Messages If you don’t want to go through the hassle of customizing your own theme and still want to theme your Telegram, you can do that too. All your normal chat media will be saved in your cloud storage. But, secret chats are not a part of the Telegram cloud. To start a Secret Chat, you can either tap on the option in the hamburger menu and select a contact to start the chat. Alternatively, you can go to an existing chat, tap on the top bar for the user’s information and scroll down to find the “Start Secret Chat” option at the very bottom of the page. Once you tap on the option, the other person will have to accept your invitation to initiate the Secret Chat.
