Joe is a senior colourist and head of creative DI at Fifty Fifty. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in both factual and scripted programming, specializing in HDR, Dolby Vision®, and SDR and working on HETV content for broadcast networks and SVOD platforms such as Disney+, Paramount and Netflix.
In 2023, he won the Excellence in Grading award at the Broadcast Awards for Capturing the Killer Nurse. Recent projects include The Greatest Night in Pop (2024) for Netflix/Paramount, Pet Shop Boys Dreamworld (2024) for cinema, and Coleen Rooney: The Real Wagatha Story (2023) for Disney+.

Daria Fissoun (CSI) is a London-based colourist, compositor, and certified DaVinci Resolve trainer with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Renowned for her skills, Daria has refined her craft primarily in commercial video post-production, working with major brands such as Microsoft, Nike, and Konami.
Her impressive body of work also spans feature films in both the US and UK, including projects where she has served as a post-production engineer on Disney+ titles. In addition to her practical work, Daria plays a key role in creating educational content for Blackmagic Design’s DaVinci Resolve software, currently working on the DaVinci 19 Colorist Guide.
She is also the author of *The Colorist Guide*, an essential resource for professionals since its release in 2019.
