Do you know the difference between bear market and correction?

I see a lot of people struggling to understand the difference.

Correction is happening very fast, it is very sharp and usually caused by stop loss orders and we get artificially selling. Because of that, we can see huge wicks because once stop loss orders are filled, people start buying back the DIP.

On the other side, bear market is happening slowly. Step by step, week by week, the price is a bit lower than the week before.

Out of a sudden, you realise that your portfolio is down 30-50% even though the market didn't see huge moves down.

Learn to spot the difference because it is a crucial skill in trading and especially investing.

I'm saying again, we are not in a correction, we are in a bear market. I do not think it will be bad as it was in 2018 and Q1 2019, but I do believe the crypto market did not reach its bottom and it is not time for accumulation.

I am out from all of my trades.

I am waiting for tomorrow to check new setups and consider opening new trades.

We got monthly close, bearish as expected. Waiting for weekly close.

ETHEREUM - What can we expect to see in May?

April closed very bearish as we expected forming a bearish engulfing candlestick pattern.

We do believe we will have move up towards the resistance zone of $2900-3000 which will be a great opportunity for our next short entry.

We won't be surprised to see move a bit higher to trick the majority into thinking we are going up.

Two major supports are $2150 and $1700.

Once we have trade setups with defined entry, stop loss and target prices, we will share with you!

POLKADOT - What can we expect to see in May?

After close below the monthly resistance of $16, I would be very surprised not to see DOT testing $10.

That is also an area I will start buying DOT as an investment.

APE COIN - What is my opinion on this one?

Currently, one of the most hyped coins. It is very hard to use technical analysis on projects like this, but this is my take on it.

In my opinion, it is good to allocate buy orders around the support area at $14. With this, we are targeting $20 and the first resistance.

Can it go higher?

Of course, it can but I like to book profit and reenter when there is a new great setup.

XRP - Is it time to buy it?

Ripple is testing long-term support of $0.60. Previously it acted as a resistance, then we manage to turn it into support.

I see a lot of people allocating their buy orders at this support level but I am not one of them.

Since I expect Bitcoin to continue going down towards $30 000, I don't think XRP will be able to fight against the general market trend.

So, I am not buying XRP right now but rather waiting for $0.30-40 area for that.

It may sound too bearish a scenario but just give it a time. In my opinion, that is most likely scenario.
