Share Your Live Location Should I use Telegram? To lock a chat go to Settings->Privacy and Security->Passcode Lock and enable it. Once you create a passcode and enable it, you will be able to lock and unlock your chats by tapping on the lock icon at the top right of the app.

The app is really awesome for me rather than using other Messaging apps for my day-to-day works. It has all the things that meet my requirements. To change the number you use with Telegram, open Settings (which is inside the left menu on Android). On iPhone, in the next menu, tap Edit in the top-right corner. This step isn't necessary on Android.
If you ever receive any cool short audio clip like a meme sound or any hilarious sound effect (also works with the sent audio) just long-press on it and choose the “Save for Notifications” option in the popup. Telegram users will now be able to press and hold any items in the list to reorder them and change their priority – downloading the top file first.
