To upload new profile images, open Settings. On Android, tap on the camera icon at the top-right. On iPhone, tap the Edit button and choose Set New Photo or Video. After that, hit the More button (triple-dot icon) and choose Enable Auto-Delete in the popup menu. Next, choose the desired period of time like 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month. It also allows multiple devices to use the same account (verified by SMS), and multiple accounts on the same device. In fact, Telegram has solved the issue with its Secret Chat feature.
