Application of Plasma Membrane in Daily Life

5. Liposomes are vesicles that contains aqueous solution surrounded by the phospholipid bilayer. Liposomes help to protect ( a ) drugs and ( b ) active substances taken orally from being destroyed by the gastric juice. Results, drugs can reach the targeted cell.
