- Assist project executive/s with administrative tasks
- Manage the project calendar & schedule appointments effectively
- Prepare presentations, reports, & other documents as required

- Collaborate with team members to track project progress & provide updates
- Manage the project calendar & schedule appointments to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist in event facilitation, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Open-minded & adaptable to varying situations
