To upload new profile images, open Settings. On Android, tap on the camera icon at the top-right. On iPhone, tap the Edit button and choose Set New Photo or Video. With the ability to send files up to 2 GB (or 4 GB), users can easily share large media items from other apps directly to Telegram on any mobile platform. You can find your preferred theme and click install to make it alive on your Telegram. Fortunately, Telegram offers you the needed control over the visibility of your profile. Now tap on Notifications and mute the contact for either a custom period of time or forever. I generally leave it for forever.
