🍃 Part : 6
🔰f- Deliverance from the Fire because of belief
💠Those He (subhanahu wa ta'ala) punishes with His Fire, He will remove from it because of any belief they have and by this He will cause them to enter His Garden. "Whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it." [al-Zalzala 99/7] [⭕️24]
[⭕️24 : - It must also be accepted that if Allah (azza wajal) wills that the rebels among the believers be punished in the Abode of Punishment, their punishment will be commensurate with what they have brought on themselves by their evil deeds and then mercy will envelop them and they will emerge from the Abode of Punishment and enter the Abode of Peace. Whoever has the weight of atom of belief in his heart will not be in the Fire forever. Thus belief is a reason for not being forever in the Punishment and a reason for entering the Garden with Allah's pardon and mercy.
💢g- The Intercession of RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam)
🔰Any of the community of RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) who have committed major wrong actions and for whom he intercedes, will be brought out of the Fire by his intercession.[⭕️25]
[⭕️25 : - The intercession of RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) and others must be affirmed. He is singled out for mention because he is the first intercessor and by the intercession of our Prophet the people of major wrong actions of his community of unifiers will emerge from the Fire. The Mu'tazilites deny intercession, based on the lack of permission to pardon and overlook wrong actions, but we defer to transmitted evidence and they hold to merely logical evidence. Transmitted evidence is more sublime and radiant.
💠6- The Afterlife: the Garden and the Fire
🍃a- The Garden
🔰Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) has created the Garden and has made it ready as an everlasting abode for His friends (awliya). He will honour them in it with the vision of His Noble Face. This is the same Garden from which He sent down Adam, His Prophet and Khalif, to the earth, which was as it had already been decreed in His foreknowledge.[⭕️26]
[⭕️26 : - Allah has created the everlasting abode of the Garden for the believers in which they will have no toil or fatigue, but will be rejoicing and will be blessed by contemplation of His Face. “Some faces, that Day, will beam (in brightness and beauty); Looking towards their Lord; And some faces, that Day, will be sad and dismal.” [al-Qiyamah 75/22-24]
♨️b- The Fire
🔥He (jalla jalaluhu) has created the Fire and has made it ready as an everlasting abode for those who disbelieve in him and deny His signs and Books and Messengers and He keeps them veiled from seeing Him.[⭕️27]
[⭕️27 : - He (azza wajal) created the Fire as an eternal abode of punishment for those who deny and reject Him and ignored the evidence which indicates the existence and oneness of the Creator and denied His revealed Books and Messengers. They will abide in the hatred resulting from disbelief and will be veiled from seeing their Lord on that day.
💥7- Details of the Resurrection
💠a- The Coming of Allah and the Angels
🔰Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) will come on the Day of Rising together with the angels, rank upon rank.[⭕️28]
[⭕️28 : - It is confirmed by transmission that on the Day of Resurrection Allah (jalla jalaluhu) will come with angels in ranks. That must be believed, and its knowledge comes from the Lawgiver. Malik and others say about this ayat: “And thy Lord cometh, and His angels, rank upon rank.” [al-Fajr 89/22] and others that they are read as they have come without qualification. We take what they say literally but do not compare it to any creature.

💢b- Presentation of Peoples
🍃All the different peoples are confronted with their accounts and their punishment or reward.[⭕️29]
[⭕️29 : - All the different peoples will come to present themselves so that their states was be investigated and reckoning taken for their actions. The actions of those who present themselves for the Reckoning will have their good and bad actions ennumerated. The believer will be called to account with graciousness and favour and the hypocrite and unbeliever with evidence and justice. So Allah (azza wajal) will say to the believer: "I veiled it for you in the world and I forgive it for you on the Day of Rising.” The unbelievers will be reckoned in front of of witnesses and those who they denied will be summoned to their Lord: “The curse of Allah on wrongdoers.”
⚖️c- The Balance
🔰The balances will be set up to weigh people's actions: "Whoever's actions are heavy in the balance; they are the successful.”[⭕️30]
[⭕️30 : - “We shall set up scales of justice for the Day of Judgment, so that not a soul will be dealt with unjustly in the least, and if there be (no more than) the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it (to account): and enough are We to take account.” [al-Anbiya 21/47]; “Then, he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) heavy. Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light. Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit.” [al-Qaria 101/6-9] The balances will be set up to manifest justice so that no one will be wronged even the weight of a mustard grain. Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) will bring all the person's actions, even to an atom's weight, on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever has his balance heavy will be successful and achieve a happiness after which there will be no misery. Whoever has his balance light will be wretched and will have no happiness after his wretchedness.
💢d- The Books of Actions
💠People will be given pages on which their actions are recorded: "Whoever is given his book in his right hand will be given an easy accounting and whoever is given his book behind his back; they will burn in a Fire." [al-Inshiqaq 84/7-13] [⭕️31]
[⭕️31 : - Nations will be given their pages which contain their actions. When they are given them, Allah (azza wajal) will create knowledge in them and they will understand what they contain. If someone is given his book in his right hand, that indicates that he is one of the people of the right hand and happiness. If someone is given his book in his left hand, that is an indication that he is one of the people of misery. The receiving of the books should actually be put before the balance and weighing of acting because the weighing is after the Reckoning and the Reckoning is after receiving the Books.
🔰e- The Sirat
💠The Bridge (sirat) is true and people will cross it according to their actions. Those who cross it, and achieve safety from the Fire, do so at different speeds, while the actions of others cast them to their destruction in the Fire.[⭕️32]
[⭕️32 : - There is a great deal of description of the sirat and it is said that it is finer than a hair and sharper than a sword. al-Qarafi, on the other hand, says that it is wide with two paths on it, one to the right and one to the left. The people of happiness travel on the right and the people of wretchedness on the left. There are ropes on it and each rope leads to one of the levels of jahannam and jahannam lies between the creatures and the garden. The sirat is set up over jahannam, and none of the people of the garden enters the garden until he has crossed over the sirat. People will cross over the sirat according to the disparity in their actions and avoidance of the things forbidden by Allah. Some will pass over like lightning.

🔰Among the causes of having worries disappear and sins forgiven is sending ṣalāh (supplications for peace) upon the Prophet ﷺ, and the effect of sending ṣalāh upon him on Friday is greatest.
💠Ubayy ibn Kaʻb, may Allah be pleased with him, said,
🔰"O Messenger of Allah, I frequently invoke the blessings of Allah upon you. How much of my supplications should I devote to you?"
💢He, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, said, "Whatever you wish." I said, "A quarter?" He said, "Whatever you wish, and if you do more, it is better for you." I said, "One half?" He said, "Whatever you wish, and if you do more, it is better for you." I said, "Two thirds?" He said, "Whatever you wish, and if you do more, it is better for you." I said, "Shall I devote all my supplication to (invoking blessings upon) you?"
💥He said, "Then, you will be freed from your worry and your sin will be forgiven."
[At-Tirmithi: good-authentic; Al-Haakim in Al-Mustadrak]
💠Anas bin Maalik (radhi Allaahu anhu) said: Verily the Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said:
💥Whoever sends Salah upon me once Allah will send ten (blessings) upon him and remove ten of his sins and raise his rank by ten levels.
[Imam Ahmad in his Musnad, Imam Bukharee in Adabul Mufrad #642 and #643. Jami Sagheer #6359 authenticated by Al Abaanee]
💠“Truly Allah and His angels say Salah on the Prophet, O you believers, recite Salah on him and send Salam on him completely.” [Al-Ahzab | C.33: A.56]
💠 Ibn Abbas (Rady'Allahu anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, said,

🔰a- Definition of Belief
🍃Belief consists of what you say with the tongue, what you believe sincerely in the heart, and what you do with the limbs. [⭕️34]
[⭕️34:- Belief is articulation of the Shahadah, belief in the truthfulness of the messenger and what he brought in the heart and then acting according to the judgments of the Shari'ah, like praying and fasting. Someone with all of these three is a believer. If someone believes that belief does not consist of these three and imagines that what the author said was due to his inclination to what belief obliges because there is consensus that someone who believes with his heart, speaks with his tongue and acts with his limbs is a believer. If he does not believe that belief consists of these three, he takes it as a preface to the words which is explained under the next topic: “Increase and Decrease of Belief”.
💠b- Increase and Decrease of Belief
💢It increases when your actions increase and decreases when they decrease. So it is through actions or the lack of them that increase and decrease in belief occurs.[⭕️35]
[⭕️35:- It increases according to actions and decreases according to actions. This increase and decrease is in relation to its fruits. This is the school of the early and laster people of the community, and this is the final position taken in the matter by Malik. He first had said that it increases and does not decrease. Applying the name “belief” to action is agreed upon. Allah (jalla jalaluhu) says: “Allah would not let your belief go to waste.” which referred to the prayers they did facing Jerusalem.
🔰c- The intention and following the sunnah
🍃The statement of belief is not complete without action. Neither the statement nor action are complete without intention. And neither the statement nor intention are complete unless they are in accordance with the sunnah.[⭕️36]
[⭕️36:- Actions and words are according to intentions. The intention is the fulcrum upon which actions are based, and so a man should only base his actions on the pure sunnah and straight Shari'ah and follow the rightly-guided khalifs.
🚫d- Islam and Wrong actions
💢No Muslim becomes an unbeliever (kafir) through wrong actions.[⭕️37]
[⭕️37:- It must be believed that no Muslim who commits a wrong action becomes an unbeliever as long as he believes. The same applies to someone who commits acts of disobedience while he nevertheless believes that the Shari'ah forbids them. If someone does something such shows that he lacks belief, like throwing a copy of the Qur’an into the rubbish, then he is an apostate. We are not discusssing him. RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) reported to have said: “Whover faces our Qiblah and eats our sacrifices is truly a believer.” [Bukhari; Muslim] The Kharijites were heretics when they said that every sin is a major wrong action and every major wrong action removes actions and the one who does that is an unbeliever. The Mu’tazilites said that every major wrong action renders actions void and the one who commits it is between two stations, and he is not called a believer or an unbeliever. He is called a deviant (fasiq). Whoever commits kufr then he becomes a kafir and whoever commits shirk then he becomes a mushrik also whoever commits a sin he becomes a sinner as long as he does not refute the hukmAllah.

🔥Celebrating the Festival of Non-Muslims🔥
♨️ Part - 1
💠 Shaykhu'l-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahu'Allah) said in his commentary on the ayah:
💎 "And those who do not witness falsehood (az-zur)." [al-Furqan 25/72]
💢 As regards the festivals of the Mushrikin: they combine confusion, physical desires and falsehood, there is nothing in them that is of any religious benefit, and the instant gratification involved in them only ends up in pain.
‼️ Thus they are falsehood, and witnessing them means attending them. This ayah itself praises and commends (those who do not witness falsehood), which has the meaning of urging people to avoid taking part in their festivals and other kinds of falsehood.
💢 We understand that it is bad to attend their festivals because they are called az-zur (falsehood). It indicates that it is haraam to do this for many reasons, because Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) has called it az-zur.
⛔️ Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) condemns the one who speaks falsehood (al-zur) even if no-one else is harmed by it, as in the ayah forbidding zihaar (a form of divorce in which the man says to his wife, You are to me like the back of my mother), where He says:
💠 "And verily, they utter an ill word and a lie (zuran)." [al-Mujadilah 58/2]
♨️ And Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) says: "So shun the abomination of idols, and shun lying speech (false statements) (az-zur)." [al-Hajj 22/30] So the one who does az-zur is condemned in this fashion.
💎 In the Sunnah, Anas Ibn Malik (Rady'Allahu anhu) said: RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) came (to Madinah) and they had two days in which they would (relax and) play. He said: What are these two days? They said: We used to play(on these two days) during the Jaahiliyyah.
💢 RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) said: Allah has given you something better instead of them: Yawm al-Duhaa (Eid al-Adha) and Yawm al-Fitr (Eid al-Fitr)." [Abu Dawud]
⛔️ This indicates clearly that RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallqm) definitely forbade his Ummah to celebrate the festivals of the kuffar, and he strove to wipe them out by all possible means.
💢The fact that the religion of the People of the Book is accepted does not mean that their festivals are approved of or should be preserved by the Ummah, just as the rest of their kufr and sins are not approved of.
‼️Indeed, RasulAllah (sallallaju alaihe wa sallam) went to great lengths to command his Ummah to be different from them in many issues that are mubaah (permitted) and in many ways of worship, lest that lead them to be like them in other matters too.
☄️This being different was to be a barrier in all aspects, because the more different you are from the people of Hell, the less likely you are to do the acts of the people of Hell. The first of them is the hadith:
💠 "Every people has its festival, and this is our festival." This hadith implies exclusivity, that every people have their own festival, as Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) says:
💥"For every nation there is a direction to which they face (in their prayers)." [al-Baqarah 2/148]
💎 And Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) says: "To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way." [al-Ma'idah 5/48]
‼️This implies that each nation has its own ways. The laam in li-kulli (for every, to each) implies exclusivity. So if the Jews have a festival and the Christians have a festival, it is just for them, and we should not have any part in it, just as we do not share their qiblah (direction of prayer) or their laws.
💢The second of them is one of the conditions set out by Umar Ibn al-Khattab (Rady'Allahu anhu) and agreed upon by the sahabah and by all the Fuqaha after them is:
*️⃣ "Those of the People of the Book who have agreed to live under Islamic rule (Ahlu'l-Dhimmah) should not celebrate their festivals openly in Daru'l-Islam (lands under Islamic rule)."

🔥 Celebrating the Festival of Non-Muslims🔥
♨️ Part - 2
‼️If the Muslims have agreed to prevent them from celebrating openly, how could it be right for the Muslims to celebrate them? If a Muslim celebrates them, is that not worse than if a kafir does so openly?
⛔️The only reason that we forbade them to celebrate their festivals openly is because of the corruption involved in them, because of the sin or symbols of sin. In either case, the Muslim is forbidden from sin or the symbols of sin.
*️⃣ Even if there was no evil involved apart from the kafir feeling encouraged to celebrate openly because of the Muslims actions, how can a Muslim do that? The evil involved (in their festivals) will be explained below, inshaAllah.
💠 Imam Bayhaqi (Rahimahu'Allah) reported with a sahih isnaad from Sufyan ath-Thawri (Rahimahu'Allah) from Thawr Ibn Yazid from Ata Ibn Dinaar who said, Umar (Rady'Allahu anhu) said:
⛔️"Do not learn the language of the non-Arabs, do not enter upon the mushrikin in their churches on their feast-days, for the wrath (of Allah) is descending upon them."
[Baab Karaahiyat al-Dukhul ala Ahl al-Dhimmah fi Kanaaisihim wa'l-Tashabbuh bihim Yawmi Nawruzihim wa Maharjaanihim "Chapter on the abhorrence of entering the churches of Ahlul-Dhimmah on the occasion of their New Year and other celebrations"]
💎 Umar Ibn al-Khattab (Rady'Allahu anhu) said: "Avoid the enemies of Allah on their festivals." It was reported with a sahih isnaad from Abu Usaamah, Awn told us from Abu'l-Mughirah from Abd-Allah Ibn Amr (Rady'Allahu anhu):
♨️"Whoever lives in the land of the non-Arabs and celebrates their New Year and their festivals, and imitates them until he dies in that state, will be gathered with them on the Day of Resurrection."
⛔️ Umar (Rady'Allahu anhu) forbade learning their languages, and even entering their churches on the day of their festival, so how about doing some of the things they do on those days, or doing things that area part of their religion? Is not going along with their actions worse than learning their language? Is not doing some of the things they do on their festival worse than just entering upon them?
‼️ If divine wrath is descending upon them on the day of their festival because of what they do, then is not the one who does what they do, or a part of it, also exposed to the same punishment? Do not the words Avoid the enemies of Allah on their festivals mean that we should not meet them or join them on those days? So how about the one who actually celebrates their festivals?
💠 Abd-Allah ibn Amr (Rady'Allahu anhu) clearly stated: "Whoever lives in the land of the non-Arabs and celebrates their New Year and their festivals, and imitates them until he dies in that state, will be gathered with them on the Day of Resurrection."
💢 This implies that the one who joins in with them in all of these matters is a kafir, or that doing this is one of the major sins (kabaair) that will doom one to Hell; the former meaning is what is apparent from the wording. He mentioned and Allah knows best the one who lives in their land, because at the time of Abd-Allah Ibn Amr and the other sahabah, they used to forbid open celebration of kafir festivals in the Muslim lands, and none of the Muslims imitated them in their festivals; that was possible only when living in the lands of the kafirs.
‼️ Ali (Rady'Allahu anhu) refused to even acknowledge the name of their festivals which were exclusively theirs, so how about actually celebrating them?
💠 Ahmad mentioned the meaning of the reports narrated from Umar (Rady'Allahu anhu) and Ali (Rady'Allahu anhu) on this topic, and his companions discussed the matter of festivals. Imam Abu'l-Hasan al-Aamidi said, the one who is known as Ibn al-Baghdadi said:

‼️ "And those who do not witness falsehood (az-zur)." [al-Furqan 25/72]
⚠️ He said: (This is) al-Shanin and their festivals. He said: The Muslims are to be prevented from entering upon them in their synagogues and churches." [Iqtidaa as-Siraat al-Mustaqim Mukhaalifat Ashaab al-Jahim]
💠 Shaykhu'l-Islam Ahmad Ibn Taymiyyah also said: "The shari'ah ruling is that Muslims should not do any particular thing on the religious festivals of the disbelievers which they do not normally do in any other days. Rather, they should treat these days like any other ordinary day.
⛔️ RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) had prohibited his Companions from sports and enjoyment on two particular days on which the pre-Islamic Arabs used to hold sports. Likewise, he forbade them to sacrifice their animals at the places where the polytheists used to celebrate their festivals.
⚠️ The disbelievers celebrate with much pomp and show a festival on 25th December in the belief that it is the birthday of Prophet Isa (alaihe wa sallam). The rituals associated with Christmas, for example, lighting fire, preparing sweet dishes, etc. are undesirable.
♨️ It is an article of faith with Christians that it is a holy day. This view does not have any basis in Islam. This festival is not reported in the days of our pious predecessors. In later days, Muslims appear to have borrowed it from the Christians.
💢 Christians celebrate another religious festival in memory of Isa's baptism. In imitating them some ignorant Muslim women take their children to public baths and believe that it is especially good for children.
⛔️ This is a Christian belief and Muslims are forbidden to entertain it. The same holds true for Persian festivals of Nau and Roz and other festivals of the disbelievers.

⛔️ To the same category belong all such festivals and fairs which have been innovated. All of them are evil and undesirable. Muslims are prohibited from joining these religious festivals of the People of the Book and other disbelievers on two grounds;
⚠️ first, it represents a resemblance to the disbelievers and secondly, these are acts of innovation. All such festivals and fairs which have come into vogue as a result of innovation are to be treated in the same way, whether these resemble the practice of the disbelievers or not.

⚠️ All these fall under the category of innovation, as is evident from Jabir's report, cited by Muslim, that RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) used to deliver his sermon with the opening statement:
💎"The best word is the Book of Allah and the best way is that of Muhammad. The worst deed is innovation (in the religion) and each innovation is error." There is an additional remark in Nasai's narration to the effect: "Each error leads to Hell."

‼️"The ruling on Muslims participating in their (Christians and Jews) holidays, in coloring eggs, coloring animals, lighting incense, giving money and making food … the ruling for this does need a question. In fact, some Hanafi and Maliki scholars said that this was kufr.
⛔️ Other scholars said: whoever slaughters a watermelon on their holidays in just as if he slaughtered a pig. A Muslim is not to specify their Thursday (holiday) in cooking rice, lentils, colored eggs, wearing new clothes, coloring animals." [al-Fatawaa al-Misriyyah, 517]

💠 RasulAllah (sallallahu alaihe wa sallam) reported to have said: "Whoever imitates a people is one of them."
💎 Shaykhu'l-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahu'Allah) said:
⛔️ "Imitating them in some of their festivals implies that one is pleased with their false beliefs and practices, and gives them the hope that they may have the opportunity to humiliate and mislead the weak." I[qtidaa al-Siraat al-Mustaqim Mukhaalifat Ashaab al-Jahim]

‼️WAS JESUS (alaihe wa sallam) BORN ON DECEMBER 25?‼️
💢There is no evidence for this date. So then, who decided that Jesus' birth would be celebrated on that date?
🔰The early Christian church did not celebrate Jesus' birth. It wasn't until A.D. 440 that the church officially proclaimed December 25 as the birth of Christ. This was not based on any religious evidence but on a pagan feast.
🔥Saturnalia was a tradition inherited by the Roman pagans from an earlier Babylonian priesthood. December 25 was used as a celebration of the birthday of the sun god. It was observed near the winter solstice.
‼️History convincingly shows that December 25 was popularized as the date for Christmas, not because Christ was born on that day but because it was already popular in pagan religious celebrations as the birthday of the sun.
💢The biblical accounts point to the fall of the year as the most likely time of Jesus’ birth.
⁉️But is it possible that December 25 could be the day of Christ’s birth?
🚫“Lacking any scriptural pointers to Jesus’s birthday, early Christian teachers suggested dates all over the calendar. Clement… picked November 18. Hippolytus … figured Christ must have been born on a Wednesday … An anonymous document[,] believed to have been written in North Africa around A.D. 243, placed Jesus’s birth on March 28” [Jeffery Sheler, U.S. News & World Report, “In Search of Christmas,” Dec. 23, 1996, p. 58]
‼️A careful analysis of Scripture, however, clearly indicates that December 25 is an unlikely date for Christ’s birth. Here are two primary reasons:
1️⃣ We know that shepherds were in the fields watching their flocks at the time of Jesus’ birth
🌿'and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them. and there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. [Luke 2:7-8]
💢Shepherds were not in the fields during December. According to Celebrations: The Complete Book of American Holidays, Luke’s account “suggests that Jesus may have been born in summer or early fall. Since December is cold and rainy in Judea, it is likely the shepherds would have sought shelter for their flocks at night” (p. 309).
‼️Similarly, The Interpreter’s One-Volume Commentary says this passage argues “against the birth [of Christ] occurring on Dec. 25 since the weather would not have permitted” shepherds watching over their flocks in the fields at night.
💢Jesus’ parents came to Bethlehem to register in a Roman census [Luke 2:1-4]
‼️Such censuses were not taken in winter, when temperatures often dropped below freezing and roads were in poor condition. Taking a census under such conditions would have been self-defeating.
💢Given the difficulties and the desire to bring pagans into Christianity, “the important fact then … to get clearly into your head is that the fixing of the date as December 25th was a compromise with paganism” [William Walsh, The Story of Santa Klaus, 1970, p. 62]
‼️RULING ON THE MUSLIMS CELEBRATING AT THE TIME OF CHRISTMAS:
💠[Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah said in his book Iqtida’ al-Siraat al-Mustaqeem Mukhaalifat Ashaab al-Jaheem] :
‼️"Imitating them on some of their festivals implies that one is happy with the falsehood they are following, and that could make them (the non-Muslims) take this opportunity to mislead those who are weak in faith."
‼️"It is not permissible for the Muslims to imitate them in any way that is unique to their festivals, whether it be food, clothes, bathing, lighting fires or refraining from usual work or worship, and so on.
‼️ And it is not permissible to give a feast or to exchange gifts or to sell things that help them to celebrate their festivals, or to let children and others play the games that are played on their festivals, or to adorn oneself or put up decorations. In general, (Muslims) are not allowed to single out the festivals of the kuffaar for any of these rituals or customs.

🔥 Celebrating the Festival of Non-Muslims
♨️ Part - 5
💠 Shaykhu'l-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: "Whoever gives a gift to the Muslims during these festivals unlike what he usually at other times, his gift should not be accepted, especially if the gift is something that helps in imitating them,
⚠️ such as giving candles etc at Christmas, or giving eggs, milk and lambs on Maundy Thursday which comes at the end of their fast (i.e., the end of Lent).
⛔️ Similarly, no gift should be given to a Muslim at the time of these festivals because of the festival, especially if it is something that helps in imitating them, as we have mentioned." [Iqtidaa al-Siraat al-Mustaqim Mukhaalifat Ashaab al-Jahim, 1/227]
💠 Shaykhu'l-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahu'Allah) said: "As for accepting a gift from them on the day of their festival, we have quoted above that Ali ibn Abi Talib (Rady'Allahu anhu) was brought a gift on the occasion of Nawruz and he accepted it.
‼️ Ibn Abi Shaybah narrated that a woman asked Aishah (Rahimahu'Allah anha): "We have some wet nurses from among the Magians, and they have a festival on which they bring us gifts.
⛔️ She said: As for what is slaughtered for that day, do not eat it, but eat from their vegetables." It was narrated from Abu Barzah that he had some Magian neighbours who used to bring him gifts on the occasion of Nawruz and Mahrjaan, and he used to say to his family:
💢 Whatever is of fruits, eat it, and whatever is otherwise, reject it." All of this indicates that the festival does not make it forbidden to accept their gifts, rather the ruling is the same whether it is their festival or not, because that does not involve helping them with the symbols of their kufr...
*️⃣ It is only permissible to eat of the food of the people of the Book, during their festivals that which has not been slaughtered for the festival, whether it is bought or received as a gift.
⛔️ As for meat slaughtered by the Magians, the ruling on that is well known, and it is haraam according to all. As for that which is slaughtered by the people of the Book for their festivals and that which they slaughter as an act of worship to draw close to anything other than Allah,
‼️ as the Muslims offer sacrifices as an act of worship to draw closer to Allah (subhanahu wa ta'ala) , namely as that which they sacrifice to the Messiah,
♨️ two views have been narrated from Ahmad concerning that, the most well known of which in his texts is that it is not permissible to eat it even if the name of something other than Allah has not been mentioned over it.
⚠️The prohibition on that was narrated from Aishah (Rady'Allahu anha) and Abd-Allah ibn Umar (Rady'Allahu anhu)."

💠“Truly Allah and His angels say Salah on the Prophet, O you believers, recite Salah on him and send Salam on him completely.” [Al-Ahzab | C.33: A.56]
💠 Ibn Abbas (Rady'Allahu anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ, said,
‼️"Whoever forgets to send blessings upon me, he has missed a path to Paradise."
