የፋይዳ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ የተማሪዎችን እና የሰራተኞችን መረጃ በተደራጀ መልኩ ለመያዝና ከከፍተኛ ትምህርት መረጃ አገልግሎት ጋር በማስተሳሰር ጥራት ያለው መረጃ ለማግኘት እና የሚሰጡ ሀገር ሀቀፍ ፈተናዎችን ደህንነት ለመጠበቅ ይረዳል፡፡ በመሆኑም ከሰኔ 2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ የከፍተኛ ትምህርት የመውጫ ፈተና ለመውሰድ የፋይዳ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ ቅደመ ሁኔታ ተቀምጧል።

የፋይዳ ዲጂታል መታወቂያ ምዝገባ በሁሉም የመንግስት ከፍተኛ የትምህርት ተቋማት የሚመቻች ይሆናል፡፡

➠ Way Forward: Brainstorming and proposing actionable solutions and recommendations to address the identified challenges and further enhance the quality of education.
