⭕️ Now seller will have to optimal limit of 60 products without verification.

🚹 Seller will have to verify his identity to add more products and get verified store badge.

🚫 This step has been initiated to reduce the number of scams, and protect customers.

✅ It is recommended for all the sellers to get their stores verified, though it is not a mandatory step for now.

🚧Due to on-going development after website down (10 days), we will unfortunately have to downgrade all stores to customer accounts for the last time. Your store will be downgraded by evening 5 PM.

As you already know, we have removed the previous seller badge system and badge (New Seller Badge).

🔈As we're preparing for introducing new badges, some stores have those badges activated (due to old system).

❗️Important Seller Update❗️

⚠️As a step towards keeping customer security and our services scam free, we're changing the withdrawal policy and product duration limit. This change is only applicable if you're selling in our Official Telegram Group.

💶Withdrawal Policy: All the new sellers who wish to sell in our telegram group will have the withdrawal threshold of 15 days. For old sellers, answer is below.

⏳Product Duration Limit: New sellers are only allowed to sell 1 month products at most.

🧓🏻Old Sellers: We're introducing a new badge "Telegram Trusted" for the old sellers.

🧰Eligibility- At least 3 months old and have completed a minimum of 100 orders.
✅Benefits- Withdrawal threshold reduced to 5 days and Product Duration Limit up to 3 months i.e. you'll be able to post products with 3 months validity / warranty.

If you want to post products greater than 3 months validity or you can't wait 3 months, then you'll have to get your store verified. This option will soon be available with a lot more features.

Note: If you also sell outside our group then you can create a new store for that purpose (whose threshold will be 5 days only)

💢Due to some internal issues, all sellers are allowed to post products upto 1 year validity untill New Year. The new seller policy will come in effect in January, 2021 along with the increased withdrawal limit.
