Но рассмотрение обстоятельств непосредственно убийства, наличие или отсутствие умысла у каждого из фигурантов в зависимости от их роли, и конечно оглашение самого приговора, должны быть публичными. Как должно быть и пристальное общественное внимание к тому, чтобы убийцы не прикрылись стремлением "искупить вину кровью". В Донецке сегодня воду ещё не дали в кране. Поэтому они купаются в луже. Шучу :)

Здоровый образ жизни несовместим с курением. Часто общаясь с молодежью, заметил, что становится больше ребят, которые бросили курить или принципиально не потребляют никотинсодержащую продукцию. Модным становится не курить всякую дрянь, какой бы привлекательной она ни казалась. Модно заниматься спортом, быть здоровым и служить примером для своих детей.

В поддержку этой тенденции Народный Совет принял Закон «Об установлении дополнительных ограничений потребления никотинсодержащей продукции, использования кальянов в отдельных общественных местах и в помещениях на территории Донецкой Народной Республики», а я его вчера подписал.

Важной частью этого закона является ограничение потребления электронных сигарет. Считаю это очень значимым фактором в пользу здорового будущего Республики.

In support of this trend, the People's Council of the DРR adopted the Law “On Establishing Additional Restrictions on the Consumption of Nicotine Containing Products and the Use of Hookahs in Certain Public Places and Premises in the Territory of the Donetsk People's Republic”, and I signed it yesterday (https://glavadnr.ru/doc/zakony/117rz.pdf).

An important part of this law is the restriction of the consumption of electronic cigarettes. I believe this is a very significant factor in favor of a healthy future for the Republic.
