It doesn't matter if you control for school funding, individual funding per student, two parents at home, or even classroom size, the rankings are always the same by race.

-Asians
-Whites
-Hispanics
-Blacks

These ranking are also the same for educational attainment, economic outcome, out of wedlock rate, crime, etc.

IQ averages are the real explanation that no one admits.

Three White road workers are in jail facing decades in prison after an altercation with an off-duty, black St. Louis police officer. The black cop, intoxicated and driving on expired tags, drove into a coned-off turn lane. The White workers stopped him. The black got out of his car and declared that he was allowed to make the turn because he was a police officer and attempted to attack the White road workers. They subdued the off-duty officer.

The Whites were later arrested on assault and kidnapping charges. The local NAACP put its support behind the black cop and is pushing for hate crimes charges.
