To schedule and send silent messages, users can simply type out their messages, but long tap on the send button instead of simply pressing it. Recently, WhatsApp partnered with Any.do to bring Reminders, however, Telegram has implemented this feature natively. Though there is one lingering issue. To lock a chat go to Settings->Privacy and Security->Passcode Lock and enable it.
