ጌርጌሴኖን እንዴት ተቋቋመ.....

ጌርጌሴኖን የአዕምሮ ሕሙማን መርጃ ማህበር አስታዋሽ የሌላቸው ምንም ዓይነት ረዳት ወገን ዘመድ የሌላቸውን የአዕምሮ ሕሙማን ማለትም ፍፁም ራሳቸውን የማያውቁ ልብሳቸውን ጥለው የሚሄዱና ምግቡን እና አፈርን እንኳን ለይተው የማይመገቡ ወገኖቻችንን ለመርዳት አቶ መለሰ አየለ በተባለ በጎፈቃደኛ ተመስርቶ በ2003 ህጋዊ እውቅናን ያገኘ ማህበር ነው፡፡ አቶ መለሰ አየለ ግን ፍቃድ ከማግኘቱም በፊት ይህንን ሥራ በግሉ ሲሰራ መቆየቱን ሰምተናል፡፡

እኛም በቦታው ተገኝተን መመልከት እንደቻልነው ማህበሩ አሁን ላይ 322 የአዕምሮ ህመምተኞችን በተከራየው በጠባብ ቦታ ላይ እርዳታ እየሰጣቸው ይገኛል፡፡ እስካሁን ማህበሩ ከጎዳና አንስቶ እርዳታ ካደረገላቸው ህሙማን 168ቱ ሙሉ ለሙሉ ድነው ቤተሰብ ጭምር መስርተው ማህበሩን በአቅማቸው እየረዱ ያሉ እንደሚገኙበት ተገልጿልናል፡፡ ይሁንና እስካሁን 68 ያክሉ ደግሞ ወደ ማዕከሉ ከገቡ በኀላ ህይወታቸው ቢያልፍም ስርዓተ ቀብራቸው በክብር ተፈጽሞላቸዋል፡፡

ማህበሩ አሁን ላይ ከቦታው መጣበብ የተነሳ በሙሉ አቅሙ እየተንቀሳቀሰ እንዳልሆነ የገለጸልን ሲሆን እኛም በቆይታችን ከማረፊያ ክፍሎቹ ጥበት ባለ ሦስት ተደራራቢ አልጋዎች መገኘታቸው ከጎዳና ይሻላል ይሆናል እንጂ ሥራው ሰፊ ቦታ እና ልዩ እንክብካቤ እንደሚያስፈልገው ተገንዝበናል፡፡ ከማህበሩ እንደሰማነው ቦታ ለማግኘት በሂደት ላይ ቢገኙም እስካሁን በሂደት ላይ እንደሚገኝ ገልጸውልናል፡፡

በቀጣይ ከማህበሩ መስራች አቶ መለሰ አየለ ጋር ሰፊ ቆይታ አድርገን የምንመለስ ይሆናል፡፡

During the GA Meeting, the GA will
- elect the GA's Secretariats (President, Vice President and Secretary)
- elect Board Members of the Executive Committee (5-7 Members)
- elect Auditor
- sign the Bylaw Document
- collect signatures of Founding Members on prepared forms
- discuss on Annual Plan and Budget
- set directions and make decisions on developed policies and strategies
- set Membership Fees, Penalties and other contributions

Good morning family,

We are currently planning and organizing the GA meeting to be held on February 22, Saturday afternoon. As we stated yesterday, we will be hosting a list of activities during the day. Therefore, to help facilitate the program, we are collecting list of names for candidacy of Auditor, GA Secretariat and Board Membership to the Executive Committee.

Hence, we invite everyone in this telegram community to send your names for candidacy or names of recommended personnel, along with the title of position.
(Deadline for submission of names with titles: February 20, 2020)

- Auditor position is open for 1 individual.
- The GA Secretariats' positions are President, Vice President and Secretary.
- The Board Members of the Executive Committee are 5-7 individuals who will autonomously select their Secretary General and Deputy Manager on another meeting of their convenience.
